1. General Policy

Due to the digital and immediate nature of our service, refunds are generally not granted once a reading package has been activated and questions have been used.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Technical failure preventing access to the service after payment.
• Duplicate charge for the same order.
• Unused package cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Your registered email address
• PayPal transaction reference
• Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is processed via PayPal within 3 to 5 additional business days.
